  • 12.5 grams scallions
  • 1.5 ounces Minced Meat
  • 56.25 grams Potato
  • 0.38 cloves of Garlic
  • 0.38 tbsp Butter
  • 3.75 grams Flour
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 3/50 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.75 cup Chicken Broth
  • 31.25 grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 21.25 grams Heavy Cream
  • 6.25 grams Grated Yellow Cheese



Chop the scallions, separating the white and green parts. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces (for peeling can be boiled for a while so it’s easy), puree the garlic


Prepare a pan, add butter, cook beef for 10 to 15 minutes, when it is cooked then transfer to a plate. Leave 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan.


Add the potato wedges, garlic, and white part of the leek to the pot. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Then add flour, salt and pepper, stir until all ingredients are coated. Next, add the chicken stock and reduce the heat, let it simmer for about 12 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.


Gently mash a portion of the potato (reserving a few chunks), add the cheddar cheese, cream, stir until the cheese melts.


Spoon soup into a bowl, add the minced meat, green scallion pieces, and yellow cheese.
