  2. You need 1 bowl of grated lauki( bottlegourd).
  3. You need 1 tablespoon of besan(gram flour).
  4. You need 2 pinch of turmeric powder.
  5. It’s To taste of Salt.
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  7. Prepare 2 pinch of Hing/asafoetida.
  8. It’s As needed of Oil for fry.
  9. Prepare of For curry.
  10. It’s 2-3 glass of water.
  11. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  12. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  13. You need 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
  14. You need 1 teaspoon of mango powder.
  15. Prepare 2 of green chilli.
  16. You need 1 tsp of ginger.
  17. You need 1 tablespoon of curd.
  18. You need 2 pinch of garam masala.
  19. Prepare 2 teaspoon of oil.
  20. Prepare 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  21. Prepare 2 pinch of hing/asafoetida.

Ghiya kofta with spicy curry instructions

  1. Take bowl add grated lauki add besan and spices mix proper (if need than add 1 teaspoon water)and make paste.
  2. Heat pan add oil and deep fry this pakodi and keep aside.
  3. Heat a pan add water and turmeric,red chilli,Coriander powder,salt cook 5 mint after boiling start add pakodi and cook 5 mint,add ginger paste and chopped green chilli.
  4. After add curd and mango powder and cook again this curry.
  5. Make tadka – heat a small pan add oil and cumin seeds roast and add hing,add this tadka in curry.
  6. Mix and garnish coriander leaves and serve.

I knew of Malai kofta, Cabbage kofta, Aloo kofta, Veg kofta but not of this one. Lauki/ghia also known as bottle gourd or opo squash Is used to make the fried dumplings and then added to a tangy tomato based gravy. The whole curry is mildly spiced and has a good flavor and slight tang due to tomatoes. The koftas along with the curry taste.
