Flavored Kofta. Kofta curry — a saucy dish of gently spiced meatballs — is often made with meat. But this one, based on my grandfather's, swaps in a mash of beans. Bound with bread crumbs and seasoned with ginger, garlic, green chile and herbs, it's a variation full of flavor and texture.

Ingredients of Flavored Kofta

  1. It’s 1/2 kg of Minced meat.
  2. Prepare 1 medium of Minced onion.
  3. Prepare 4 clove of Minced garlic.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of Pepper.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Thyme.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Coriander.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Paprika.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ginger.
  10. It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
  11. It’s 2 tbsp of Bread crumbs.

Flavored Kofta instructions

  1. Put minced onion , minced garlic , bread crumbs, pepper, salt, thyme, cinnamon , ginger, coriander , paprika in a deep plate , mix them well.
  2. Add minced meat to the previous ingredients & mix them together.
  3. Put the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  4. Form the mixture in the shape of finger ( see the photo).
  5. Put the kofta in the oven till its perfect cooked ( taste it your self to be sure that it well done).
  6. Decorate it with parsley &tomato.
